Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable back-end systems and microservices. You will develop RESTful APIs, perform data modeling, and support system integration across secure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable back-end systems and microservices.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs supporting application functionality.
• Perform data modeling, database design, and performance optimization.
• Support system integration across secure and distributed environments.
• Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of back-end software development experience with Object-Oriented programming (Java, Python, or similar).
• 5+ years working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• 3+ years developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• 3+ years working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
• 3+ years experience with relational databases (Postgres, RDS).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience using Agile tools (Jira) and participating in Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in DevSecOps or secure government environments.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Packer).
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) or AI/ML data integration.
