Back-end Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage code integration and deployments using GitHub Actions
• Support release management across multiple environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash or similar)
• Contribute to backend development using Java and JavaScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java preferred)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• 5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions for build and deployment workflows
• Strong scripting skills, especially Bash
• 5+ years of experience in release management across multiple environments
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong DevOps-first mindset
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to balance development and operational responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Exposure to modern DevOps tools and cloud ecosystems
