Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems focused on high availability and low latency.

Responsibilities

• Design event-driven architectures and develop APIs and microservices for real-time processing.
• Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure when designing new products or introducing new technology.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to integrate infrastructure components with product features.
• Ensure system reliability and scalability through monitoring, logging, and error handling.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application design, implementation, or backend software development.
• Proficiency with Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or OpenAPI.
• Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with API management using REST or GraphQL.
• Proficiency with container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
