Description

Design and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Design and manage Kafka-based solutions for event sourcing and real-time analytics.
• Optimize database interactions with SQL Server and Postgres.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Troubleshoot and monitor distributed systems, including Kafka clusters and cloud services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience with Java 8+.
• 6+ years of experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• 6+ years of experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server and Postgres.
• Proven expertise in Kafka, including topic, producer, and consumer management.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and services such as S3, EC2, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Couchbase.
