Description

Build and maintain scalable microservices and optimized RESTful APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement optimized RESTful APIs and data models.
• Write unit tests using Jest and conduct BDD testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Automation stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.
• Manage feature delivery within Agile SCRUM frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, specifically SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Practical experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience managing automated CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of distributed computing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building GraphQL APIs.
