Description

You will build and maintain the core backend services for customer-facing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop resilient data storage, messaging, and API systems.
• Own development and operational components of system services.
• Drive feature development through rapid prototyping and iterative coding.
• Debug production issues across the service stack.
• Measure and optimize backend service performance and uptime.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience in Java 8/Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Cloud Architecture and service development.
• 3+ years of experience in an object-oriented language, specifically Java.
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP design).
• Experience designing, building, and deploying features.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices: coding standards, code reviews, source control, and testing.
• Ability to learn e-commerce domain knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
