Back Office / IT Support

You will manage and maintain IT infrastructure and electronic data operations to ensure system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and computer system performance to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Configure antivirus software and implement security policies to protect the IT environment.
• Manage firewall administration, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, upgrades, and backups.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network components.
• Develop and maintain an internal wiki containing technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Design and implement strategic solutions to address problematic areas in technical operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
• Professional qualification in CCNA or CISCO.
• Experience with firewall administration, monitoring, and compliance.
• Proven ability to control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network installation.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of technical management and system coordination.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional IT experience.
