Description

Build and maintain complex, model-driven online self-service applications using the Backbase platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and web forms to design dynamic, user-facing solutions.
• Integrate client-side elements with server-side logic using Backbase 6, Infrastructure, and Platform Services.
• Develop reusable code and libraries to optimize application speed, scalability, and security.
• Manage data interchange between server and client to ensure high performance.
• Deliver solutions tailored to specific customer use cases during project inceptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on application development in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Backbase 6, Backbase Infrastructure, and Platform Services.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring frameworks (Boot, Cloud, Integration, Security).
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP WebServices.
• Proficiency with Maven, Git, and Subversion.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps adoption, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Backbase Certification.
• Full Stack capabilities including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular.
