Description

You will design and implement scalable backend architectures and lead the backend development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend architectures, creating HLD/LLD, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Define and implement microservices architecture and establish development best practices.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, Cognito, SSO, and LDAP.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development and architecture.
• Expertise in Node.js with Express.js, Nest.js, or Serverless Framework.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and GraphQL implementation.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Heroku.
• Experience writing unit tests using Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine.
• Knowledge of ORMs such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose.
• Skill in using ElasticSearch and Redis for search and caching.
• Deep understanding of OWASP top 10 security vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with CDN providers such as CloudFront or Cloudflare.
