Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend services and APIs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement API-level automated tests to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyze test results, triage issues, and debug failures in collaboration with development teams.
• Work with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Customer Support to define functional test scenarios.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and automation testing of microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript scripting.
• Solid experience with API-level automation using Java or JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with Docker.
