Description

You will develop and migrate applications into REST-based microservices using Spring Boot, owning the full lifecycle from containerization to deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing applications into REST-based microservices to provide full CRUD capabilities.
• Containerize microservices applications using Docker.
• Configure AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Insights for application monitoring, logging, and dashboard creation.
• Build and deploy pipelines using GitLab for provisioning applications in AWS or OpenStack.
• Analyze performance issues using JMeter to identify and resolve root causes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, JPA, and Hibernate (Entity Manager).
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services (CloudWatch, X-Ray, Insights).
• Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture for consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of multithreading and performance tuning.
• Experience in the Banking or Payments domain.

Preferred Skills

• Implement security protocols using OAuth or JWT tokens with Authorizers.
• Create unit test cases for both APIs and UI and integrate them into the build pipeline.
• Resolve vulnerabilities identified by static code analyzers like SonarQube or Veracode.
