Description

You will design and maintain backend systems using Java and the Spring ecosystem, ensuring robust performance across distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement n-tier and distributed architectures using integration hubs such as Data Power, Mule, or ESBs.
• Develop REST and SOAP services using JAX-WS/RS and the Spring framework, leveraging Spring MVC, Boot, Data, and Core.
• Build and deploy multi-module projects, packaging source code into JARs, WARs, and EARs for Application Servers like WebSphere or JBoss.
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha, and manage asynchronous Java processes and thread management.
• Optimize database interactions with Oracle or similar relational databases, applying deep SQL and database principles.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in J2EE internals: JSP, EJB, Servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, and JTA transaction services.
• Experience with logging (Log4J) and Spring transactions.
• Ability to compile, build, and deploy complex enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for interacting with team leadership and clients.
• Flexibility to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with self-motivated, independent work styles in team environments.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
