You will build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows, enabling faster development across the platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide the transition to a microservices architecture by leading the migration of monolithic components.
• Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage for critical services to support continuous delivery.
• Shape the platform’s architecture by participating in technical discussions and decision-making.
• Improve CI/CD artifacts to support squad efficiency and ensure seamless deployment.
• Improve observability capabilities to support the health of platform domains.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years in backend development, with 1+ years in C#.NET Core.
• Strong skills in REST APIs and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with SOLID principles, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and architectural impact.
• Experience working with Entity Framework and MSSQL.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for cross-team communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with platform engineering workflows.
