Description
You will work on end-to-end development and testing for backend systems and feeds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test new feeds, specifically Whitehorse Feeds.
- Verify software functionality on new OS patch releases.
- Remediate security code issues within the codebase.
- Execute end-to-end development and testing cycles.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C programming language.
- Experience with RedHat Linux OS (RHEL) and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting, including Korn Shell and Perl.
- Database experience using MySQL, Vertica, Apache Hive, and HiveQL.
- Familiarity with Git, Make, and PHP.
- Ability to write and execute queries.
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript for GUI applications.
- Experience with Apache web server.
