Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices in a remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure scalability and performance.
• Leverage AWS services including EC2, SNS, and SES to scale applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while implementing security measures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expertise in MongoDB, including experience with the aggregation framework.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, SNS, and SES.
• Experience designing and working within microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, serverless architectures, and Agile environments.
