Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, delivering secure and performant implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs with validation, error handling, versioning, and contract-first patterns.
• Implement BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler and integrate workflow orchestration with backend services.
• Develop event-driven and asynchronous processing using RabbitMQ, ensuring durability, retries, and idempotency.
• Create efficient data access layers using JOOQ and tune Elasticsearch indexing and query patterns.
• Maintain automated tests with TestNG and contribute to CI quality gates and regression prevention.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JOOQ for SQL quality and performance-aware queries.
• Practical knowledge of Camunda Modeler for BPMN workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for search and retrieval.
• Implementation of RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in REST API design and implementation.
• Experience writing unit tests with TestNG.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of distributed systems resiliency patterns (timeouts, retries, DLQs).
• Production support and observability practices (logs, metrics, traces).
