Description

Key Responsibilities Backend Development Microservices (Primary Focus) Design, develop, and deploy RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Build and maintain scalable, distributed systems following microservices architecture. Create and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter. Implement secure service integration using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security. Develop containerized services using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes. Integrate backend systems with external applications via APIs, middleware, and Kafka messaging queues. Perform performance tuning, caching, and reliability improvements for backend services. Implement application monitoring and observability using modern APM tools. Collaboration Delivery Partner with data architects, frontend developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions. Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated delivery workflows. Participate in agile ceremonies, design discussions, and technical code reviews. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high service availability. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Java (8/11+), Spring Boot, and microservices. Solid understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and distributed systems. Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows.
