Description

You will build and scale server-side logic and deploy machine learning models into production systems capable of handling billions of API calls.

Responsibilities

• Build server-side logic and deploy machine learning models into production systems at scale.
• Tune database performance to handle thousands of concurrent requests and massive API volumes.
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning into data collection and preprocessing workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct design and code reviews for team members.
• Partner with front-end developers to design functional, cohesive code and improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of industry experience developing and launching production-grade software.
• Solid experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Proven track record architecting large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in UNIX or Linux environments.
• Deep understanding of database theory and hands-on experience with relational or non-relational DBMS.
• Expertise in Git, including branch/release management and rollback strategies.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and web-based solutions.
• Strong ability to implement algorithms and solve complex system-related problems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
