Description

You will develop and maintain backend services using Java and distributed systems architecture in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend services using Java 8/11 and Spring frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with SOAP/WSDL services.
• Manage data persistence using JDBC, JPA, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Deploy and orchestrate services using Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Maintain message-driven architectures using ActiveMQ and Redis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8/11).
• Proficiency with Spring, RESTful services, JDBC, and JPA.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, AQ, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Gravitee.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and API documentation via Swagger.
• Familiarity with ActiveMQ, Eureka, and Redis.
• Competence with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
• Experience with LDAP and FileNet.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, Vuejs, or jqwidgets.
• Knowledge of Nginx and web server configuration.
