Description

You will build and maintain backend microservices and cloud-native applications within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend microservices using Python.
• Build event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS managed services.
• Integrate AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Load Balancers, and Aurora DB.
• Implement IAM, KMS, and security best practices to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Set up application logging, monitoring, and alerting using Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with AWS services: S3, Glue, IAM, KMS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Load Balancers, Aurora DB, and CloudWatch.
• Proven experience designing microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of serverless and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of data lake concepts.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Snowflake.
