Description

Build and maintain backend systems and microservices in a remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Leverage AWS services including EC2, SNS, and SES to build and scale applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices ensuring performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and services.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and its aggregation framework.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, SNS, and SES.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building and working with RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
