Description

You will develop and maintain server-side applications, designing RESTful APIs and ensuring scalability and data protection.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of server-side applications using Node.js and Java.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability while ensuring data protection.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of database technologies including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of design principles for scalable applications.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
