Description

You will design, develop, test, and maintain in-house software applications and third-party integrations within a complex fulfillment ecosystem. You own the implementation of industry-standard patterns to ensure software and database scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of patterns ensuring software and database scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on product design and implementation.
• Manage individual product priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while focusing on quality and user experience.
• Provide development support and resolution for technical escalations, including off-hours support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in backend services.
• 5+ years of senior-level experience using Java or Go.
• Experience with REST microservices development and deploying to Kubernetes.
• Experience with high-throughput, distributed multi-region applications and databases.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Experience with distributed SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably Cosmos DB.
• Expertise with CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, PI, and PCI compliance in highly regulatory environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Python, Ansible, or Terraform scripting.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy or healthcare services processes.
• Experience building high-volume, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems.
