You will build server-side logic and deploy machine learning models into production systems designed to scale to billions of API calls.

Responsibilities

• Build server-side logic and deploy machine learning models into production systems capable of handling billions of API calls.
• Tune database performance to manage thousands of concurrent requests.
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning into data collection and preprocessing workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and engage in design and code reviews for team members.
• Troubleshoot problems by analyzing data, processes, and code to identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of industry experience developing software design principles and launching production-grade software.
• Solid experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Experience architecting and developing large distributed, scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of database theory and experience with relational or non-relational DBMS.
• Proficiency with UNIX or Linux environments.
• Fluency with Git, including branch/release management and rollback strategies.
• Experience working with service-oriented architectures and web-based solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
