You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize backend systems using JVM technologies.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs adhering to security and performance standards.
• Implement services following 12-factor app principles for cloud-native development.
• Integrate and manage event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and JVM-based development.
• Expertise in frameworks like Spring Boot and Quarkus.
• Hands-on experience with event streaming platforms, specifically Apache Kafka.
• Solid experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration (AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with 12-factor app methodology and cloud-native design.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD automation principles.
