Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and AWS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST APIs following an API-first approach.
• Define API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger YAML.
• Manage data persistence using SQL, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Deploy and manage services within AWS environments including EKS and Lambda.
• Test API functionality using Postman or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring.
• Strong experience with SQL, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and Load Balancers.
• Experience with deployments in EKS.
• Proven ability in REST API design.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming skills.
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines within AWS.
