You will design and execute large-scale testing strategies for voice AI systems, focusing on non-deterministic behaviors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans tailored for voice-based AI and in-car assistant platforms.
• Design test strategies for LLM interactions to validate conversational accuracy and safety.
• Build automation pipelines to evaluate thousands of voice interactions and LLM outputs.
• Analyze logs, triage issues, and report defects while contributing to internal QA frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and data handling.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain and Langgraph.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC environments.
• Experience testing APIs, custom web applications, or data-intensive systems.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Grafana or Kibana.
• Ability to design test cases for structured and unstructured data.
