Description

You will lead the software development lifecycle and manage a squad to deliver secure, high-quality backend applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development lifecycle from concept definition to technical design and delivery.
• Design and develop secure applications and resilient integrations with external systems.
• Manage and mentor a development squad using agile practices like Scrum and Extreme Programming.
• Ensure code quality through TDD, pair programming, and regular code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and backend data models.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in C# .NET Core and Node.js.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and native cloud service development.
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration in AWS or Azure.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in developing applications within Windows or Linux environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in software development or cloud technologies.
