Description

You will own server-side web application logic, database architecture, and API integrations for high-availability services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, JavaScript, and NestJS.
• Design, query, and manage central databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate user-facing elements with backend logic and manage data interchange.
• Implement security measures, data protection, and low-latency performance optimizations.
• Manage cloud deployments via AWS and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall development experience with 5+ years focused on Node.js and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in NestJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive knowledge of web stacks, libraries, and REST API design patterns.
• Experience designing and querying MongoDB, including Aggregation Pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven architecture principles.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure DevOps pipelines.
