You will own long-term backend development projects for 2 to 3 years.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring.
• Commit to a long-term project lifecycle of 2 to 3 years.
• Collaborate with the team in a hybrid office setting 3 days per week.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework.
• Must be local to Tampa, FL for hybrid office requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking domain.
