Description

You will build and maintain backend services and secure RESTful APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performing, secured RESTful APIs using cloud-enabled architecture.
• Execute technology modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud-native patterns and 12-factor app design.
• Apply modern CI/CD and DevOps principles within Agile environments.
• Maintain application, data, and infrastructure architecture for large-scale programs.
• Write secure, high-quality code and perform Test Driven Development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 11 and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience with RDBMS technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS and Python scripting.
• Experience with container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Test Driven Development, and security principles.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team.
