Description

You will build, design, and maintain backend services within a large-scale production environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new functionality and systems in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
• Maintain and enhance existing services while fixing bugs and improving user experience.
• Participate in collaborative design processes and code reviews.
• Manage service-oriented architectures consisting of over 100 production services.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of professional programming experience.
• 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB.
• Experience with Kubernetes and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Experience building microservices-based applications.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with software testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Temporal.
