Description

You will build and maintain backend microservices and cloud-native applications using Python and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend microservices using Python.
• Build and deploy cloud-native, event-driven, and serverless architectures leveraging AWS managed services.
• Integrate AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Load Balancers, and Aurora DB.
• Implement IAM, KMS, and security best practices to ensure scalable and highly available solutions.
• Manage application logging, monitoring, and alerting using Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with AWS services: S3, Glue, IAM, KMS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Load Balancers, Aurora DB, and CloudWatch.
• Proven track record designing microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of serverless, event-driven systems, and data lake concepts.
• Experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools including Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Snowflake.
