Description

Design and maintain scalable backend services using Python, focusing on distributed systems and workflow orchestration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage workflows using Temporal orchestration platform.
• Develop fault-tolerant, scalable services for distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Python backend development.
• Proven experience with workflow or orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Temporal or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Frontend experience using React.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
