Description

Build and maintain scalable serverless backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic and architectural patterns using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement serverless functions via AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Manage data persistence, schema design, and queries using MongoDB.
• Implement authentication and authorization workflows using AWS Cognito.
• Integrate message queue technologies to handle asynchronous data streams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience building and querying GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless components, specifically Lambda and API Gateway.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka, Kinesis, or similar message queue technologies.
• Experience implementing AWS Cognito.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitLab pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience using Datadog for monitoring and observability.
