Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend systems and author High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Build scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or Python, ensuring high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance.
• Optimize system performance through caching, sharding, load balancing, and concurrency management.
• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis, implementing preventive engineering measures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Strong System Design capabilities.
• Defining and driving observability using SLOs/SLIs, metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
