You will build and maintain scalable backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient, high-performance backend systems.
• Solve complex problems by creating elegant, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on feature definition and system design.
• Write well-documented, high-quality code.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience solving real-world scaling challenges.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python.
• Experience with Postgres, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Ability to design systems for scale, reliability, and efficiency.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
