Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services in Golang and Python for identity, authorization, and tenant-aware application flows
• Build and maintain RBAC and ABAC models, including group-to-role mapping and multi-tenant access controls
• Integrate enterprise identity providers and protocols such as OIDC, SAML 2.0, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory
• Develop REST APIs, asynchronous processing flows, and database migration patterns using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Redis, and Celery
• Implement security-first engineering practices including audit logging, secrets handling, and least-privilege access design

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of relevant backend engineering experience, including at least 4 years in core backend development
• Strong hands-on backend engineering experience with Golang and Python
• Proven architecture experience with authorization, identity integration, and multi-tenant platform design
• Experience building scalable backend services with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Redis, Celery, and REST APIs
• Experience with secure engineering practices, database migrations, and enterprise authentication/authorization protocols

Good to Have:

• Experience with LLM model-gateway concepts, token metering, and cost attribution
• BFSI or other regulated-industry experience with PII handling and data-residency requirements
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
