Key Responsibilities

1. Build RESTful APIs using Node.js.
2. Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis data flow.
3. Develop and maintain backend services for an omnichannel dialer platform.
4. Integrate telephony APIs for inbound and outbound calling, SMS and communication channels.
5. Design IVR flows, call routing and automation features.
6. Optimize call handling, queuing and agent management.
7. Collaborate with frontend, product and engineering teams.
8. Ensure scalability, security and performance.
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
10. Stay updated with telephony and communication technologies.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years backend development with strong Node.js experience.
• Strong experience with scalable applications, microservices and REST APIs.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with Dialer, Telephony, IVR, Contact Center, Auto/Predictive Dialer, Voice Bot or CPaaS.
• Experience developing backend services for inbound/outbound calling workflows, call management, tracking and agent management.
• Experience integrating telephony APIs, SIP systems and Voice/Call/SMS APIs.
• Strong understanding of IVR design, call routing, queues, agent assignment and escalation.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience and preferably Redis for caching, sessions, queues and real-time workloads.
• Domain experience in CPaaS, Contact Center, Telephony, Communication Platforms, Voice Technology, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, Customer Engagement, Unified Communications or SaaS.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within 15 days.
• Delhi NCR candidates willing to relocate to Gurugram preferred
