Description

You will design and maintain the database architecture and backend services for a Real Estate and Expansion system, acting as the single source of truth for asset tracking and investment analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the Expansion Tracker Project database architecture.
• Develop backend services to support facility management and asset tracking use cases.
• Support business logic for real estate and expansion analysis.
• Collaborate within an agile/Scrum environment to deliver project requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java across different versions.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience using Hibernate for ORM.
• Proficiency with Docker.
• Previous experience working with real estate property management software (mandatory).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
