You will design scalable backend architectures and lead software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level software architecture, blueprints, and design patterns.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Develop automation strategies for development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage codebase maintenance, refactoring, and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience leading software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with automation for development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ability to drive security-first engineering and automation culture.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and participating in team workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
