Description

Design and implement core product features within the Process Intelligence team, owning the full development lifecycle from brainstorming to continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing applications and lead the inception of new microservices.
• Collaborate with Principal and Lead Engineers to define long-term technical strategies.
• Mentor junior peers and participate in code reviews and Scrum ceremonies.
• Apply DevOps practices to deploy and maintain SaaS offerings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Extensive experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience building secure web applications using Spring, Dropwizard, or JEE.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and data processing.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Hands-on use of Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with testing libraries including JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Competency in analyzing and debugging log files.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining architectural standards with senior stakeholders.
