Description

Design and develop scalable backend systems, API integrations, and complex tools for high-performance environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend services and tools.
• Model and optimize database schemas using MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Break down complex projects into scoped tasks and provide estimates.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and QA within a scrum-based agile environment.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience developing scalable products and applications.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in a backend framework, preferably Django.
• Hands-on experience with in-memory data stores like Redis or Memcached.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience with AWS and RabbitMQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
