Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems for financial exam reporting.
• Integrate with blockchain technologies and protocols, ensuring secure connections and data flow.
• Collaborate with product, legal, risk, and operations teams to drive compliance initiatives from concept to production.
• Design scalable architectures that support current needs while remaining adaptable to future market trends.
• Translate high-level product requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in TypeScript and Go.
• Experience with database technologies including Snowflake and Postgres.
• Proven track record building critical compliance tooling in fintech or blockchain environments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
• Ability to manage complex data flows and secure blockchain integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
