Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services within a microservices architecture, ensuring reliability and performance through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot Reactive.
• Design and implement event-driven pipelines and multi-threaded, 3-tier architectures.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Product Management to integrate new features.
• Ensure service scalability and performance through testing and optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin with Object Oriented Design.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Hands-on work with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of web services, caching, and multi-threaded systems.
• Experience working with public cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• AWS services including Lambda, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
