You will build and maintain backend services powering complex AI agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend tools, including APIs, scrapers, and database connectors for AI agents.
• Implement complex reasoning chains and multi-agent coordination using orchestration frameworks.
• Build and optimize data ingestion and retrieval pipelines using Vector Databases for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Manage long-running AI reasoning cycles using asynchronous Python and task queues.
• Design secure, high-performance REST or GraphQL APIs interfacing the agentic backend.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience with Python, including FastAPI, Pydantic, and Asyncio.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and working experience with Vector Databases.
• Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of distributed systems to handle LLM application latency and compute.
• Mastery of Git and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience implementing backend-level validation and guardrails for autonomous actions.

Preferred Skills

• Programmatic knowledge of Prompt Engineering (dynamic prompt templating).
• Familiarity with AI observability tools like LangSmith or Azure Phoenix.
