Description

You will build and maintain the backend infrastructure powering AI agents, including APIs, scrapers, and database connectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex reasoning chains and multi-agent coordination using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with Vector Databases to ensure accurate context retrieval.
• Manage asynchronous task queues and long-running cycles using FastAPI, Asyncio, Celery, or Redis.
• Design secure, high-performance REST or GraphQL APIs serving the agentic backend.
• Implement backend-level validation and guardrails to keep autonomous actions within ethical boundaries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Python experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and Asyncio.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Vector Databases.
• Experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of distributed systems and handling high latency for LLM-based applications.
• Mastery of Git and CI/CD best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programmatic prompt engineering (dynamic prompt templating).
• Familiarity with AI observability tools like LangSmith or Arize Phoenix.
