Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and data models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design data models and write optimized SQL queries for Postgres.
• Debug and diagnose complex system issues.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Manage version control and code integration using Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency with Python and the FastAPI framework.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and Postgres.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and DevOps processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
