Build development tools, AI agents, and orchestrations to improve engineering velocity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build tools used by developers to enhance organizational velocity and product quality.
• Create new solutions and own existing ones for production testing and performance.
• Drive projects from ideation to production, including technical design, RFCs, and coding.
• Develop tools for developers that influence products at every level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Fluency in NodeJS, Java, or Python.
• Experience taking technical projects from initial design through to production.
• Ability to work independently on self-learning and technical implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on products end-to-end, covering frontend, server, and cloud technologies.
