You will build and own backend services in a distributed, high-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-layered permission & role-based access systems.
• Develop auto-remediation and exception management engines supporting fund flows.
• Build a highly performant search engine targeting sub-millisecond latency.
• Create highly concurrent, resilient, self-healing batch systems.
• Own backend services focused on payments, money movement, and workflow orchestration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Ruby.
• Proven experience with Platformization.
• Senior engineer experience leading or owning services for small–mid sized teams.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, production-grade code.
• Experience scaling backend systems.
